We honestly can’t recommend Paul and Becky strongly enough.

We’ve worked with real estate agents before and the experience of working with them was unspeakably superior. In our experience, most real estate agents want to turn a sale quickly and move on to the next client. That was not our experience with Paul and Becky. They took the time to get to know us as a family and to find the right home to meet our specific needs. They took the time to meet us at each open house or tour, to walk through each home with us, and to give their honest feedback on whether each home would meet our needs. When that was not the case, they assured us that they wouldn’t stop until they found our “forever home” and when that time came their expertise was unparalleled. We particularly appreciated the calm demeanor they exuded which made the home buying process seamless and stress free in an otherwise competitive and stressful market. We were also impressed with their responsiveness and availability to us, whether on or after traditional work hours. Our recommendation of Paul and Becky is without reservation. "We’re so thankful to have worked with Paul & Becky to buy our first home! What we appreciated most was that we never felt pressured or steered in one direction or another. They always struck the perfect balance between sharing their expertise and letting us decide what we were and weren’t comfortable with.No matter the house, they treated every offer with the same level of care and effort, never making us feel like any opportunity was less important than another. They were incredibly patient, working with us for over a year through a competitive market, and in the end, we found a home we truly feel we'll be happy in for years to come.Their communication was also excellent and timely, responsive, and reliable. "Paul and Becky are PHENOMINAL. My partner and I purchased our first joint home with Paul and Becky back in November 2025. We had a long list of wants that, for our budget, was a big ask. Paul and Becky worked with us in the Salem area to find the perfect home for our needs and helped us navigate a somewhat complex closing process. 6 months later we couldn't be happier with our purchase. From start to finish Paul and Becky guided us through our buying process. From inspecting homes meticulously with us to even removing the previous 'for sale' sign the seller's agent never removed from the side of our house. I can't recommend them enough. They are real people who genuinely want to help you through a big life decision."

"Paul & Becky are the absolute best realtors! They helped my husband and I find our first home in Beverly, MA. We were so impressed with their knowledge of the area/market - they knew every single seller agent we ran into. Paul and Becky would come with us to every open house, which we appreciated. They gave us space to form our own opinion about each listing, while pointing out "need to know" tidbits while walking through. Since this was our first home, it was so helpful to have them as a trusted source. Paul & Becky go the extra mile - whether it was crawling around small basements looking at plumbing or heading over to the city's office to determine the age of a roof - they are always willing to do what it takes to get the answers and make their buyers feel comfortable. They made the entire process as easy as possible. When it came time to put in our final offer, we felt like we were on a team with Paul & Becky. "Becky and Paul were superb partners, helping me to rent my condo in Salem in my first property management experience. They handled most of the work while I was out of town, were super communicative, offered their expertise and knowledge, helped determine a suitable rental price, listed the condo, had excellent photos taken, and found a renter DURING OCTOBER which seemed like a long shot. They went above and beyond to arrange a walkthrough with the building inspector and assisted with key handoff to the new renters. From beginning to end, Becky & Paul were trustworthy, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help listing a rental property."

"We had a great experience working with Paul and Becky! As first time homebuyers, they were very helpful in providing us information and bringing up good points to consider when looking at potential homes. They brought up a lot of good details on the homes and neighborhoods we looked at. Every bit of information they shared with us was super valuable in being able to make an informed decision on such an important purchase.Paul and Becky were very responsive throughout the whole process. They were very attentive to any questions we had, from looking at various properties and making offers to steps in the home closing process. As we progressed through each phase of the homebuying process, they were also very quick to set expectations and provide recommendations of what we should prepare for, look into, or get scheduled.
